Sydney Builder Con Mihas founded Micorp Builders Pty Ltd in 1996 with a clear objective – to build and provide quality homes and renovations, and provide personalised service to each client that exceeds their expectation.

Micorp Builders has since boasted a vast array of quality residential and commercial work, including architecturally designed homes, renovations and additions, townhouses and villas, shops and site management within the BER programme.

Con Mihas has been a leading expert in construction for the last 21 years but more recently has also focused his attention on creating beautiful outdoor spaces. “I personally find it very rewarding to see the transformation take place from what is often a boring, flat, grass and concrete yard to a spectacular setting that is perfect for entertaining family and creating memories, it’s a real thrill to see the clients happy and satisfied with what we have done”.

Micorp Builders is 100% committed to walking each client through every step of their project. “it’s often quite an emotional journey for the client, so we aim to make them feel as comfortable as possible, with undivided attention and regular meetings, their project becomes our baby ”.

Due to Micorp’s quality, service and abilities in the building industry he has gained a strong alliance with many architects and has an excellent reputation with local city councils.
